Agents are getting hotter but the choices of icons are limited. Is there a thought to either let people upload an image and use it like a Slack custom app or automation would have OR could admins load icon packs that have more options, greater variation and then the users could pick from those and set a color. While letting anyone upload an image sounds cool, the icon pack idea from an admin or visual theme basis could be good as well.
