I find that picking up AI in my personal life has made it easier to think about how to use it at work (whether or not its the same tool or something different). It's kind of like using AI tools and understanding their limitations as a skillset.
I use AI tools for content creation and video editing in my personal life and it saves me a ton of time. More recently in my life I've gotten into live video and video editing and don't really have the free time to learn (in-depth) all that I need to about editing software.
I have enabled AI editing assistance in Adobe Rush and love it. It has made it easier for me to learn these skills in a way that isn't as frustrating as traditional youtube doom scrolling!
Ooh yes! I have been using Descript for shorter Glean videos and that's been really handy
