Hi all,
I’m facing an issue where my Glean agent is not able to read my latest Inbox (Classic Outlook) messages. It only seems to pick up older items, and when I ask it about recent emails, it either misses them or responds as if they don’t exist.
Could someone please help me understand what might be wrong and how to fix it ?
Specifically, I’d appreciate guidance on:
- Any permissions or connector settings I should check
- Whether there is a known sync delay or limit for recent Inbox items
- Any troubleshooting steps or logs I can look at to diagnose this
