We are seeing a growing demand to be able to handle sensitive and/or legally privileged data in Glean.
Today we don't allow this as the outputs could be used and if that included legally privileged data it could leak data where it should not be.
You have recently added support for understanding things like m365 Purview labels for hiding content from surfacing in Glean.
Idea is to have Glean provide both the sensitivity labels that are included in a response and also tag the citations as such (so you can see what information was legally privileged etc), with this in place, teams that have access to this type of data will be informed real-time and be accountable for the actions they then take.
Without this feature, we cannot support including sensitive data types in Glean
Microsoft Copilot already does this, so hoping this makes its way onto Gleans roadmap
