I've found the easiest (& most common) way to talk about the value of AI tools is time savings.
I'm curious to hear from others - beyond productivity, are there other ways you are tracking or quantifying success with AI tools and use cases?
we see time savings too, but it becomes more powerful in the context of hyper specific workflows, as this allows you to better compare to employee or other resource costs (eg deploying a specific agent allows you to cut down on the number of xx resources who used to do this)
