You have some robust data in the Insights tab but I was surprised to find there's no way for Insights Admins to Glean that data. At a minimum, adding Chat functionality based in the Insights tab would be incredibly valuable. My full request would be to simply make Insights data as accessible as any other data source so in the future I can create Agents to gather the data I'm looking for on a set schedule or even get alerts if specific teams aren't hitting the stickiness metrics we'd like to see.
