Anyone experiencing issues with Jira search results?

We've noticed some odd behavior like asking to authenticate (no known errors with our Jira data connector or actions). Producing fake Jira results for tickets that don't exist. Or, says it can't read a direct link to a board that has permissions to Glean. See screenshots below:

Any thoughts on this?

Hi @swashburn! This could be due to some rate limiting issues we've been experiencing with Atlassian. Did you file a ticket? I know I've seen some of these issues from other customers so hoping we can help stabilize this for you through support.
