Glean seem to be unable to read Slack messages posted by Slack spps

Is there a workaround to having Glean be able to read and summarize a Slack channel that primarily has posts/messages from a Slack app/bot?

The message we receive is:

The search for messages in the Slack channel #xyz-channel did not return any results. Therefore, I am unable to provide a summary of the messages from that channel. If you have any other specific queries or need assistance with a different task, please let me know.

Hi @swashburn! We do not index Bot messages in Slack by default. If you want to index all bot messages, please file a ticket with support with that request. If you only want to index specific bot messages, you can follow the instructions below to get the bot id for specific bots you'd like to index and send that along in a ticket to support:

These are the instructions to get the bot id:

• Got to app.slack.com
• Open slack in browser (chose cancel when prompted to open the link in app)
• Open inspect mode (Fn + 12 for firefox, chrome)
• Got to network tab and enter “conversations.history” in the filter box.
• Click on the channel where the bot message is present (click on it even if it is already open)
• Go over the responses for the api call and find the message, it should contain the bot id (starts with 'B').
