Right now, we can only connect one agent per Slack channel – which feels limiting for teams like onboarding that work cross-departmentally and need quick access to different agents.
Wouldn’t it be great if we could:
1️⃣ Link multiple agents to the same channel, or
2️⃣ Have /glean suggest and route us to the right agent when it recognizes a topic
💡Currently it just suggest some articles and give the option of Go to link or Post in channel - how about adding Run an agent?
This would make it much easier to cover all scenarios without switching channels and apps or missing context.
