With the use of Agents there are opportunities to share summaries, reports and outputs of the agent to the team. For example we are able to use Google Action Pack items like export to Google Docs to share and collaborate.
We propose an option for Glean Agents to save Google Drive items directly to a shared team drive instead of a user's personal drive. By enabling this functionality, users can ensure that items are automatically saved in a centralized location accessible to all relevant team members who have permissions on the team drive.
This would significantly improve how Glean Agents' outputs are utilized, promoting increased collaboration, efficiency, and accessibility for teams.
