Glean currently supports the configuration of a single IdP/SSO provider. A customer can have multiple domains/directories/forests within that provider, but the config for only one provider/tenancy can exist at any one time. This means that for the above customers, only ONE dot points for each can be onboarded.
The current workaround is to deploy an entirely separate Glean instance for each SSO provider required and connect to the same data sources in parallel. This is not feasible either for customer-hosted environments or Glean hosted environments due to cost.
Use Case(s)
Will setup 2 instance in a single tenant (redirecting to the correct SSO based on the domain).
Able to add users from org for existing liscense and expand on the current contract from an Sales perspective.
