We’re hearing from users that they’d appreciate more flexibility in the WebSDK to streamline the experience and respect privacy. Specifically, they’d like the ability to:
- Remove the agent creator name from the agent to keep the experience neutral and privacy‑friendly.
- Hide the + option in the user query input to disable file upload and tagging people features for a simpler, distraction‑free interface.
- Hide the disclaimer message that appears below the user input box after a query, keeping the conversation area clean and focused.
