We’ve received a customer request regarding the document verification workflow. Currently, all document verification requests are routed to the Glean Admin, regardless of which space the document belongs to.
The customer has requested that these verification requests instead be sent to the Admin of the specific Confluence space where the document resides.
The reasoning behind this request is that space admins are more familiar with the content, context, and recent changes within their respective spaces. They are therefore better positioned to validate whether a document update is accurate, relevant, and appropriate for their space.
Implementing this enhancement would improve the accuracy of document verifications, reduce dependency on the Glean Admin for content-specific reviews, and align the process more closely with Confluence’s native permission and ownership structure.
