Agents are very useful, but their presentation limits our ability to allow people to publish them. Even with a good process, we can only publish so many without crowding the list. Filters, while helpful, do not represent a clean way to categorize agents semantically.
Giving admins the ability to create folders or some other form of structure around the way agents are represented to their users would allow us to create a pipeline to publish agents and avoid the crowding issue.
