Goal: Every 1st call runs through our Glean 1st Call Agent automatically and gets a score
Is this possible? We record calls in Gong and only want the "1st Call" to trigger the flow. The ideal state would be:
Rep has call with prospect > Gong call analyzed > Glean Agent triggered from Gong Call processing > Call score determined (based on provided criteria) > Score logged in SFDC
Gong just came out with agents that analyze based on Scorecard so I'm trying to find the Glean differentiator and benefit before diving into the Gong side.
