[Feature Request] Built-in Drafts/WIP exclusion across Agents, Chat, and Search

Keep in‑progress content (Drafts/WIP) out of answers and citations via a simple, consistent control across products based on title patterns or other demarkation in the original file.

• Agents: one toggle in search steps — “Published‑only (exclude Drafts/WIP)”
• Search/Chat: one‑click chip — “Exclude Drafts/WIP”
• Connectors: per‑connector setting to exclude Drafts/WIP at crawl/index time

Use Case(s)

• Tag Glean-created documents with a filterable status: Draft/WIP vs Published.
• Agent runs and ad‑hoc Chat/Search should not reference in‑progress docs or drafts to prevent work-in-progress content from being treated as source of truth.

Current Workflow

• Agents:
  • Specify positive guardrails to search filters
  • Add step instructions to ignore titles with “[DRAFT]”/“WIP”
  • Exclusion-list specific GDrive folder IDs in connector config
• Search/Chat:
