Agent Management Feature Requests

Below are some enhancements to managing Agents that would be super helpful:

• A user role to allow users to share Agents with the People Access section (keep the General Access to Admins only)
  • Ideally including an ability to easily share with multiple users, able to paste in multiple users if possible. Right now you have to type in one at a time- not fun. Glean did recently add the ability to let certain users share with certain groups, which is helpful!
• A setting to disable the duplication of an agent within the agent
• Ability to mark an agent as sensitive that will limit admins and people with direct access are able to view
• An ability to manage the agents we have, some sort of reporting system so we can see how often an agent has been used. The current report looks to only have published or used agents and we have loads that have never been used
  • And then be able to group archive ones that aren’t being used, with the goal of not completely clogging up the agents page with unused agents people were just playing with
• Ability to copy and paste or duplicate an action in the agent
