Customers would like the ability to upload a custom organizational chart file (e.g., PDF, image, or other supported formats) into the People/Org Chart section. The uploaded chart should be viewable within the platform and support interactive features such as zooming in and out, similar to the default org chart experience generated from structured people data sources (e.g., Okta, Azure, CSV). This would allow organizations with unique or non-standard org structures, or those who maintain their org chart in a visual format, to display and interact with their chart directly in the platform.
Customer Use Case:
