Issue Description
Only prompt labels show up to end user and not the prompt text itself when users open the Agent. So they do not know exactly what the prompt label represents and will only see so when selected.
Root Cause (if known)
No info of real prompt text is available unless users clicks a label of suggested prompts
Proposed Solution/Enhancement
Suggested Prompt has two fields available during set up i.e. label and description. When using suggested prompts within an agent, only prompt labels show up to end user and not the exact content/description of the prompt. Having the Prompt description show up to end user or at least having a way for user to know what the prompt is about (example hover over Prompt label to see prompt description) will be helpful for users to know what prompt they should select.
Impact
NOT clear for end users based on label of suggested prompts only what the prompt is going to do in the chat Agent trigger.
See below print screens
For Chat Input Conversation Starters only the Labels are made visible to end users. This does not make it clear for end users what the prompt really will do until clicked upon. Perhaps showing the prompt as either a mouse over hover text or showing full text as boxes below label, as hence only 10 are allowed anyway would be more user friendly.
