We've heard a lot about how Glean’s Personal Graph learns how you work - your projects, habits, and writing style - so every answer and draft is tailored to each user, and how it ties your day-to-day work back to company goals and helps you move faster while still sounding like yourself.
It sounds great in theory but there's virtually no way to see it or alter it in case it has anything wrong. A lot of work still happens in person and without Glean seeing it happen. While many roles may work well with the Personal Graph as it is and be straightforward for Glean to identify each component of the Personal Graph, some roles are less conventional and may involve rapid changes in priorities and focus areas.
My idea/feature request: allow each user to see and make edits to their Personal Graphs to make them even more effective and the Glean experience better, more customizable, and truly personal. Visibility into this alone would greatly increase trust and confidence in the Glean platform, and editing functionality would be a game-changer for many and I really think we'd see a higher stickiness in Glean usage.
