In order to make the Org Chart more useful, I'd like to take a page from how ChartHop does theirs: can we allow the Org Chart to display a different data field about each person, rather than just their Title? Even more helpful would be the ability to colorize each person tile based on the field value, so that if you were to say choose "Department" for the field to display, each person tile would be colored based on their Department. This feature would make it much easier to visualize data sets about people across the organization, and, importantly, easily identify data anomalies like "this person has the wrong Department set for them".
