We've seen requests for increased granularity of permissions for Agents: (1) who can create, view and administer and (2) visibility across users and teams

I'd like for the visibility/administration to be more granular. For example, I'd like to delegate Agent administration authority to someone within a department. I'd also like people within a department to be able to share more freely within their own department.
One issue I can see with that is that our "Departments" objects in AD are very small. So, each department is more like a Team of ICs. For more granularity to work well, we would need to mirror the hierarchical or chart within Glean and have the groups inherit management from their parent. Edit: Hopefully that's explained well. let me know if you need more detail.
