A handful of teammates at my company noticed that the Generate button for responses is no longer working.
Here's the error message:
"This app returned an error. Please try again, or contact the app's developer."
Steps to replicate this issue:
- Open the thread where the question has been asked in Slack
- Click the "Generate" button in the thread
- Error occurs (according to the team it also seems like Glean is just not answering questions any more)
Glean's status page doesn't list any issues and I didn't really find much on their help center. Any tips for how we can fix this? Should we try removing the app from the channel and adding it again?
