As an enhancement requiest, I'd like for the Freshservice data source to include the "Change" object type in the Glean index. Currently only "Solution Article", "Ticket" and "Release" tickets are indexed.
Business Justification:The ability to query "Changes" is critical for our change management process. This enhancement would provide two key benefits:
- Improved Reporting: We could efficiently generate reports on all changes deployed within a given timeframe.
- Impact Analysis: It would enable us to quickly understand the downstream impact of a change by viewing its relationship with associated tickets.
Indexing this object type would make our Freshservice data in Glean complete and much more valuable for operational analysis.
