Many organizations have a security policy to retain data for only a certain period of time. By default the slack connector retains data for 2 years. As a glean admin, I would not know this setting is a problem until I am affected by it.
If the retention policy was a field on the connector setup, it would be obvious to me to set it to my company policy.
