Any Servicenow-related source citation within SOW Embedded Integration, when clicked it redirects you over Servicenow core UI or Service portal instead of opening within SOW.
This happens everywhere for any servicenow related citation (OOTB Agents/Chat/Search).
I'm expecting Servicenow-related citations to opens as tab within SOW.
As example,the KB article URL format I was expecting was like https://instance.service-now.com/now/sow/record/incident/INCIDENT_SYS_ID/sub/kb_view/kb_knowledge/KNOWLEDGE_ARTICLE_SYS_ID . With this format the KB article is opened as subtab inside the Incident record that is being worked.
