[Feature Request]; ServiceNow SOC/IOA & Catalog Task Support

Please extend the ServiceNow connector to index:

• Catalog Tasks: SCTASK / sc_task
  • Today, turning on “Enable fetching ITSM Requests” indexes REQ and RITM, but not SCTASK.
• Security / SOC tables used for investigations:
  • CTASK
  • SIR (Security Incident Response)
  • SIT
  • And closely related SOC/IOA workflow tables

Why this matters

• Our Cloud IOA / SOC teams work mainly out of SCTASK, CTASK, SIR, and SIT.
• Without these tables in Glean, AI‑assisted Tier 1 / Tier 2 triage only sees part of the picture and analysts must keep jumping back into ServiceNow.
• Making these tables first‑class in the connector (with normal ServiceNow permissions and record links) would let agents help with real‑world SOC triage while still respecting existing access controls.
