1) Index Asana Portfolios in Glean search
- Find portfolio‑level work alongside projects and tasks, and filter by status, owners, and custom fields.
2) Richer Chat summaries for Asana Projects
- Paste a Project URL and get a concise status: owners, timeframe, milestones, and open/closed counts pulled from linked tasks and updates.

- List the must‑have fields (status, owners, custom fields, milestones, blockers).
- Tell us the questions you’d ask Chat (e.g., “What changed last week in this project?”, “Open blockers by owner?”).
- Rank which is higher priority for you and why.
