The biggest ask from our internal partners is around metrics. Can we get the ability to report on the different prompts submitted to a particular agent, as well as the different queries submitted across general chat/search for a given timeframe? Not necessarily tied to users, as I realize that could pose privacy issues. But, seeing this data in aggregate would be VERY helpful in identifying keyword trends, popular topics, and identify knowledge gaps.
To identify gaps, we'd need to know if the query resulted in a click (meaning the user found something relevant), or if the prompt resulted in no further prompts for the same thread, and/or an upvote.
Our admins were able to access some of this data back when we had Apps, but I understand that level of reporting went away when the switch to Agents happened. Is this possible? It'd be VERY helpful for our global sales enablement teams. TY!
