This would be an awesome thing to have to then be able to create scorecards, metrics, etc for technicians. Without it, we don't have enough information. Can we add the following to allow the Glean API to grab this information?

That's where all work notes and comments live for every table. Key fields:
element_id — sys_id of the parent record (incident, task, etc.)name — source table (e.g., incident, sc_task)element — field name: work_notes (internal) or comments (customer-visible)value — the actual note textsys_created_on — timestampsys_created_by — who wrote it
