I’ve noticed a recurring pattern with these issues recently. When @glean is not explicitly tagged, Glean often either does not respond or does not trigger the proactive bot as expected.
Additionally, question detection is not working reliably. While this functionality had known limitations earlier, the current behavior appears unchanged.
For example, questions that include attachments are not recognized by Gleanbot, and even plain text messages in the channel receive inconsistent responses—sometimes they work, but most of the time they don’t.
