At present, if you use the @ Mention feature in Assistant you will see a "+ Add" button for the content. This is not available in for Outlook messages. This is required as users want a quick way to quickly add specific email messages without searching or chatting.
The current way of finding and using email messages is extremely cumbersome and prohibits true adoption in email heavy firms.
