We have noticed that in many Slack channels where Glean is activated to reply to questions if it feels confident it knows the answer, it will also reply should a user tag a specific person with a question. Theses are situations where it is very clear the user is not asking for Glean's help/opinion and in the user's own words "if i tagged a person i don't want an answer from a clanker."
